Prompt removal of dumped household debris, furniture, appliances as well as pallets and other miscellaneous items.
TOUCH-UP PAINTING
Handrails, sign posts, bollards, light pole bases, concrete wheel stops, dumpster enclosures, sidewalk trash cans. Fresh paint makes a big splash.
PLACEMAKING
We can design and install placemaking displays to create eye-catching highlights at your property.
WHEEL STOP REPLACEMENT
Damaged concrete wheel stops removed and replaced. Eliminate hazards to pedestrians and vehicles.
vacant units
Cleaning out vacant units, minor repairs, painting, general cleaning, basic floor plans with measurements.
SIGN REPLACEMENTS
Replacement of damaged/missing common area signs such as STOP signs, YIELD signs, handicap parking signs, and fire lane signs. Make an impact!
SIDEWALK REPAIRS
Focusing on small concrete repairs such as crack-filling and repairing broken areas that could be trip and fall hazards.

asphalt patching
Quick patching of small potholes and large cracks in asphalt with cold-patch asphalt mix to eliminate hazards.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Sometimes you need an extra set of eyes on your properties. We can complete day and night inspections and report on lights/signs that are out, with pictures.
EMERGENCY REPAIRS
We can respond to small emergencies, such as boarding-up doors where the glass was broken.
FENCE REPAIRS
Replacement of damaged/missing wood slats in fences.
